Deviled Eggs
A great, party pleasing appetizer. Your guests may be surprised to see a platter of deviled eggs (old fashioned? maybe?) but you'll be surprised to see they're all gone at the end of the night.
- 12 eggs
- 2 T mayo
- 1 T mustard
- 1 T white vinegar
- 1/2 t hot sauce
- 1/4 c olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Paprika
- Sea salt
Hard boil the eggs. When cool, peel and slice lengthwise.
Remove the yolk and place into a food processor. Add mayo, mustard, 1/2 T vinegar and hot sauce. Process until smooth.
With the machine running, slowly drizzle in 2 T olive oil. Season with salt and any additional vinegar. Put into a ziploc bag.
Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture. Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with salt, pepper, paprika and salt.
