Kielbasa and Cabbage Stir Fry
The thing I love most about stir fries is that they don't always have to have Asian flavors. Just toss any meat + veg + fat into a hot wok and you can have a meal of any flavors in seconds flat. This realization has helped me calm many a takeout craving when I'm heading home late after work on a Wednesday night - from Mexican (peppers + beef + taco seasoning) to Indian (chicken + curry powder + okra) the possibilities are seemingly endless.
Tonight's dinner is an example of that, inspired by the Polish flavors my bf grew up with. Kielbasa and cabbage are so perfect together especially for a chilly winter evening when you want to get your hygge on.
